New Universal Capital is a hard money lender in New England providing construction and bridge loans with real estate as collateral. By taking development services from us, they can now manage clients and finance details as well as referrals. First, New Clients (NC) refer Existing Clients (EC). Then, when the NC data is entered, the referral information is entered in its corresponding field. Therefore, creating the basis for a financial system. Additionally, the project was made user friendly, manageable and supported multiple languages (English and Spanish).

However, the Admin is the only person authorized to access all the organizational activities. This way there’s only one person that can set different tasks for different hierarchies. Also, the Admin can control the whole application and user groups.
