Exquisite Depot

Exquisite Depot is an American owned company located in New Jersey, offering a variety of home decoration and improvement products. They have the mission to be the premier choice for quality goods at bargain store prices. However, Exquisite Depot has another mission of brightening up their neighborhood and giving back to the community through some preferred charities. By building an online store they wanted to reach their goals with a stronger audience and better customer experience.

The Challenge

Exquisite Depot was in search of a technology partner and platform that could flawlessly scale their complex eCommerce vision. The company recognized the need for a world-class user experience in order to compete successfully. But not just in the online market, full of online retailers, but also with the hands-on customer service model of the brick and mortar competitors too.

The Solution

Iblesoft reviewed their previous platform and evaluated the company in order to meet their requirements and specifications. We then a created seamless brand experience, streamlined ordering process and gave them a flexible base for future improvements. Additionally, we implemented an ERP integration to help Exquisite Depot focus on an order-relevant workflow. We also implemented a better search results box with a quicker response time than the default Magento Search with Angular JS.

The Result

The new site successfully launched well before the stipulated time set by the client. The high-performing new website was developed by optimally combining Magento and intuitive CMS software to deliver a perfect B2C environment. With high-quality, localized representation of product portfolio, Exquisite Depot gained a 150% increase in site performance and saw improvements in the scalability of the portal as well.
