Having its own development team, we were thrilled to provide a prestigious and well known company with development services. So our team immediately began by collecting core requirements. Then, we started creating a project plan that made sense. Writing all of its code on .NET, Del Monte was pleased with our work and continued to contract us for additional development after our initial engagement. As time went on, we assigned a dedicated Business Unit to the Del Monte staff, complete with a Business Analyst and PMO team.
