Banco de Venezuela, a subsidiary of Spain’s Group Santander, is one of the leading providers of financial services. The Bank provides a full range of banking services to more than 3 million customers.

Project Scope:

We built a single application to manage the all the banking products for both the support and operational team. Also we built simple system processes such as bank payment orders functionality in one process, then managing credit and debit for all production transactions process and a system support tracking for alerts and monitoring functionalities throughout the transaction process and so on.

Business Objectives:

Banco de Venezuela came up with the solution of using new technology to add new products into their system. That’s when they contacted us. We not only designed the simple processes mentioned above (among others) for payments, suppliers and collections. In addition we meet their need for an easy to add products system.
