Reseller
This module is to provision the Connectivity order of customers. Once the customer make an order for connectivity’s like ADSL, T1, Analog, ISDN, admin needs to provide the connection for the customer. For the same, connectivity from the vendor so, this module should help to keep track of customer order and maintain / update the vendor inventory etc.

This module is to analyze the bandwidth usage of services like ISDN, T1, and Co-Location.
CRM
The system possesses a unique capability to capture a contact and manage the "life cycle" of that contact from initial contact, meeting, proposal, contract, provisioning, billing, commissioning, customer care and ultimately cancellation within a single interface. Life Cycle management is accomplished through the combination of Operating Support Systems (OSS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) all from a central portal. The system includes modules designed to manage specific aspects of the customer life cycle into 5 distinct
modules.
Customer Dashboard
The Customer Dashboard is a comprehensive customer care management interface. From a single portal, you can manage the entire lifecycle of the customer.
Billing History
The customer's complete transaction history is available through the balance info section of the customer dashboard.
Service Detail
The Services area will display all of the active services by product group and all of the suspended and canceled services.
Support History
The history section shows notes that are automatically generated by the system whenever there is a change to a customer's account. The notes include a date and time stamp along with the user who made the change.
Billing
Billing supports both pre-paid and post-paid billing to allow extra flexibility for ISP providers and subscribers
Help Desk and Trouble Ticket Enhancements
Ticket associations, robust reporting, event based escalations, global NOC based ticketing, special attachments and more.
IP Pool Management
IP tracking and managing for assignment and allocation of IP addresses and integrated to the provisioning and NMS functionality
