GETME

Objective:

GetMe provides professional delivery services to local businesses and residents of the greater Miami Area. During a short period of time, GetMe has grown to have more than 50+ drivers and 40+ restaurants. In order to keep growing however, GetMe knew they needed a system to streamline the process for taking deliveries and tracking every drivers’ work.

For that reason they approached IbleSoft. Our first step was to understand the process they were using. With that understanding, we then designed a GetMe application that mirrors their existing flow, but removed all the redundancies and inefficiencies of their previous process. In order to ensure everybody used the system, we segmented the users into 4 roles and made custom views for each one. This way we were able to create a cleaner layout for each user with the tasks that correspond to each of them. GetMe now has the resources necessary to keep growing their business.
