How we do it?

1. Meeting our client

You will meet one of our business analysts who will analyze your business and work with you on your project.

2. BRD (Business requirements Document)

A BRD is essential to a successful project. The BRD represents the "Blueprint" to your project. This not only allows you, the client, to understand what you are buying but also allows the developer to construct an effective product, one which addresses your exact needs.

3. Proposal Price Quote

At this stage we will define the proposal and the pricing allocated to each area of development providing specific project time and cost estimates.

4. Customer Sign Off & Schedule

The project milestones are discussed with the client and any recommended changes or additions are made.

5. Meet the Team

Specific team members assigned to the project are identified.. Most of our projects have at least 3 - 4 team-members.

6. Wire Frames

All projects are first designed and approved by the client. This way we ensure that the clients’ requirements are understood, eliminating the need for future revisions.

7. Coding

At this point we have an approved design comp and wire frame and we will begin to code.

8. Review

We are able to review the progress and make recommendations on a live demo server.

9. Testing

IbleSoft is an ISO certified company, which will create and examine your project using ISO certified standards.

10. Deployment

Upon Approval, we will deploy the software within your production environment and provide you with your test cases and source code.

11. Ongoing Support

IbleSoft can offer ongoing support and ongoing development if necessary, to ensure your product is scaled properly.
